On Saturday 14 May, some of my close friends and I chose to “walk” in recognition of our graduation from the University of Notre Dame. While the day was cold (all the better for wearing those academic robes), it was a lovely opportunity to celebrate each of our accomplishments in completing PhD’s. Even better—we all have jobs!
